Freshline is a residential company that took on commercial work because our customers asked. That shaped what we are good at: spaces where the same two people can learn the room and be trusted with a key, rather than sites that need a rotating night crew of twelve.
If you are over 6,000 square feet or need overnight coverage seven days a week, we are the wrong call and we will tell you on the phone rather than after the contract.

Studios and small offices
Under 6,000 square feet, one to thirty desks. Our whole commercial book looks like this.
Salons and clinics
Front of house, treatment rooms and restrooms, cleaned after close on a fixed rota.
Coworking kitchens
Shared kitchens and break rooms, which are the rooms members complain about first.
Showrooms and galleries
Glass, floors and surfaces done overnight so the space opens looking new.

What businesses ask first
What size spaces do you take?
Up to about 6,000 square feet. Beyond that you want a facilities contractor with a night crew, and we will happily say so rather than take the work and do it badly.
How is commercial priced?
The same way as a home, with rooms in place of bedrooms and a 1.35 multiplier for the extra restroom and kitchen work. A small studio with two restrooms starts at $240 a visit including tax. Anything over about 3,000 square feet we walk and quote properly.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes if you want us to. Soap, paper and bin liners are billed at cost with no markup and appear as a separate line on the monthly invoice.
Can you work around an alarm system?
Yes. Codes are stored encrypted and only released to the cleaner assigned to your visit, on the day. We can also work to a key holder or a building concierge.
What notice do you need to change a visit?
24 hours to move or skip one without charge. Inside that we bill half, because the cleaner has already lost the slot and is paid for it.
