Studies and nurseries count. A room we are told to skip does not.
$24 a bathroom
Half baths count as one. Bathrooms are the slowest rooms in any house.
Then the multiplier
Standard is the baseline. Deep is 1.55 times it, move-out 1.75, small commercial 1.35.
Your plan discount comes off next: weekly 20%, every 2 weeks 15%, monthly 8%. Add-ons go on at their listed price, then Austin sales tax at 8.25%. No visit is ever less than $129 before tax.

Kitchen, baths, floors, dusting, trash. The upkeep visit.
Deep clean
1.55x the standard rate
Everything standard, plus baseboards, vents, grout and inside glass.
Move in or out
1.75x the standard rate
Empty home, cabinets and drawers inside, appliances, deposit-ready.
Office or studio
1.35x the standard rate
Small commercial space on a fixed evening or weekend schedule.
Money questions
Why a flat call-out fee?
The $89 covers what happens whether your house is small or large: the drive, the supplies, the machines, the insurance and the admin. Charging it openly is more honest than folding it into a per-room rate that only makes sense for one size of house.
Is sales tax really included?
Yes. Building cleaning is a taxable service in Texas, so every price on this site already has the 8.25% Austin rate in it. The receipt breaks it out so you can see it.
What is the minimum charge?
$129 before tax. A studio on a weekly plan lands there, and the calculator will not quote below it.
Do prices change after the first visit?
Only if the home turns out to be substantially different from what was booked, for example six bathrooms rather than three. In that case we call you before starting and you decide. We have never changed a price after a job.
Do you charge extra for pets?
No. Tell us about them in the notes so the right cleaner is assigned and we know who might make a run for the door.
